3.1 Instructors can create and publish courses on LearnFi, subject to review and approval. 3.2 Instructors receive 65% of the total revenue generated from their course sales, with LearnFi retaining 35% for marketing, platform maintenance, and operational costs. 3.3 Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content. 3.4 LearnFi reserves the right to remove any course that violates intellectual property laws, contains misleading information, or breaches ethical standards.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Users must pay for courses before gaining full access. 4.2 Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. 4.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and LearnFi reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests based on course progress and user activity.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All course content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on LearnFi remain the property of their respective owners. 5.2 Users and instructors may not copy, distribute, or resell content from LearnFi without explicit permission.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

6.1 Users must engage respectfully within the LearnFi community. 6.2 Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. 6.3 Any violation of these conduct guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 LearnFi provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial success or investment outcomes. 7.2 LearnFi shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or legal claims arising from the use of our platform.
