1.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. 1.2 Refunds are only available for courses where less than 20% of the content has been accessed. 1.3 No refunds will be granted for courses that have been fully completed or significantly consumed. 1.4 Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Courses purchased with a non-refundable promotional code.

  • Courses where significant content has been consumed.

  • Subscription-based services after the billing period has started.

  • Cases of user violation of LearnFi’s Terms and Conditions.
